This project is a strategic project because it addresses two of the four key priorities of the European Energy Union Strategy: i) renewable energy and ii) CCUS, and couples these using breakthrough technologies.
The detailed exploitation strategy is shown in table 1. The first step will be Networking, to build up a consortium of industries and research institutes, then building on the guidelines developed in this project and on the Exploitation plan a new Horizon Europe project will be proposed. This will bring to the realization of a prototype GTCLC plant, the filing of a patent and gradually to the commercialization of the mature technology.
